CLDP, in collaboration with the ALSF, convened a world-class expert group to update and update the manual entitled “Understanding Power Purchase Agreements” five years after its initial publication. The updated handbook, funded by Power Africa, contains additional information and case studies on negotiating power capture contracts for small and large projects, as well as new guidelines on emerging issues in African power markets, such as commercial and industrial power purchase agreements and cross-border agreements.
